At Foam Factory we manufacture a wide range of open-cell, flexible polyurethane foam. This includes standard virgin, rebounded, memory, high resilience and moulded foam.
The foam is manufactured with various density and hardness factors and supplied to the furniture, bedding and related industries as well as leading retailers. The chemical ingredients used in the manufacturing processes are sourced only from the most reputable chemical manufacturers in the world.
There is a factory shop at each of our offices in Centurion, Cape Town and East London and the public is most welcome to visit us, view our products and purchase from us. By arrangement, we are happy to conduct a tour.
